The state of grace is a gift. For me it is when the stress goes away and I can take a deep breath and relax. It is this void that is thought to be the moment creation can truly happen because the divine can fill that space. Today I will start with "Grace lights my future." and "Innovation is heaven here." My mantra often evolves into something else during my meditation time. There is nothing wrong with that. This is just a practice to help focus the mind on the good. From that focus, good comes.
