These original recordings were created in Santa Cruz, CA in 1995. They were sold until 2003 as packaged twin cassettes sets for $20. The digital masters were made into digital files in 2016. It is only now that I feel it is time to share them with the world. Enjoy your gift. 💝

I am hoping that you can recall the meditation we did so very long ago in Bern at the first workshop I ever did at Michele and Philippe's. If I am remembering wrong, that you actually learned this with me but perhaps did not...then it is time you did.
I have resurrected these files and feel the need to share them with a select few. Without a doubt, you were high on my list. I love you truly and deeply. You helped create the woman I am today. I cannot image what my life had been like without your love, support, and friendship. You are forever in my my heart as my European Parents!
